Tri Omphale Necklace
The ‘Tri Omphale’ necklace is a very delicate charm necklace with three tiny coins. The coins were made after an ancient Greek Hemiobol, a very small coin from 500/480 BC from Mylasa, the capital of Caria. The obverse of the coin shows a lion protome from above, ready to jump, the reverse is adorned with a scorpion.
